An attractive plot of land with an area 87,340 m2 located in Tucze, Dobra Commune, on Lake Woświn. The plot with the shoreline of Lake Woświn, which is one of the largest lakes in the Ińsko Lake District. According to the information obtained in the Dobra commune, changes are currently being made to the Study of Directions and Conditions for Spatial Development for the areas within Tucze. The content of the Study will be used to develop a spatial development plan and the purpose of this area for tourism and recreation. The plot, thanks to its unusual location, has a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding vegetation. The lake itself, due to its natural values, offers a variety of recreational opportunities. Lake Woświn is located in the area between the town of Węgorzyno and Dobra. The water table area is 809.7 ha. The length is approx. 9500 m, width approx. 1500 m. The average depth of the lake is 9.4 m, and the maximum depth is 28 m. The shoreline is approx. 25 km long. In 2000, water purity tests were carried out in Woświn, where the condition of the water was assessed as class II, and the lake received category II of susceptibility to biological degradation. The lake is located in the Inski Landscape Park. The very clean water and the gentle slope of the shelf surrounding the lake make it friendly for bathing and water recreation. You can cycle around this lake and admire interesting places as well as architectural and natural objects. Its clear waters abound with many specimens of fish that attract anglers both in summer and winter. The lake has long been famous for its fish specimens. Beautiful pikes and perches are often caught here. More than kilograms of ropes and eels as well as bream and large roach are found. Fishing in the lake is allowed all year round, both from the shores and boats and from under the ice. Anglers can use 27 jetties and footbridges. The Ukleja River flows through the lake, which is a connection with Lake Mielno and other lakes lying along its course, and from the south-west side a small stream without a name flows into the lake. The surroundings of Woświn are mainly meadows and arable fields, only on the southern side there are forests.
