An agricultural plot with an area of 1180 m2 located in the village of Miłowo on the edge of the Lower Oder Valley and the Goleniowska Plain, approx. 3 km north of Stepnica, on the road leading to Wolin, north of the Gowienica River, on the edge of meadows and forests of the Goleniów Forest. The building conditions for the construction of a detached single-family house have been issued for the neighboring plot. The surroundings of the village encourage hiking and cycling, as well as fishing (numerous canals, Gowienica). Forest areas are an excellent starting point for mushrooms and berries. North of the village, on the dirt road leading to Gąsierzyn, there are several farmhouses called Miłowo-Kolonia. To the north of the village there is a nature reserve "Czarnocin".
