The price for 1 m2 of warehouse space is PLN 16.50 net + VAT. The price for 1 m2 of office and social space is PLN 26 net + VAT. The service charge is PLN 1.90 / m2. Utilities billed according to the meter readings or on the basis of re-invoicing. The fee for lighting the area of the real estate on which the halls are located is borne by all tenants in proportion to the rented space, in this case the ratio is 19.2%. HALL RENTAL CONDITIONS: – the first contract for a minimum of 3 years, – another contract for an indefinite period with a 6-month notice period, – a warehouse and office hall available for rent immediately, – hall rental security – one month's rent in cash.
